1. Registration Procedure
Please access the registration system from the button at the bottom of
this page, then register name, delivery address for name badge, registration
category etc. After you register, Registration ID beginning with “50”
will be notified to you by e-mail.
2. Payment Method
【Participants from Japan】
Please transfer the registration fee to the following account by postal
transfer at the nearest post office. Please make sure to specify the Registration
ID and name on the transfer form available at the post office.
【Participants from overseas】
Please make a payment by credit card(VISA or Mater). Card information
will be required on registration.

5. Name badge
It is not allowed to enter the meeting site without name badge.

Name badge will be delivered in late October to those who have completed
the payment by the due date.
【Participants from overseas】
Name badge will be handed at the registration desk of the meeting site.
6. Receipt
【Participants from Japan】
Receipt will be sent together with the name badge. Please understand that
receipts cannot be reissued.
【Participants from overseas】
Receipt will be sent by e-mail once credit-card transactions completed.
If you need an original copy, please ask for at the registration desk
on site.
7. Cancellation policy
No refund can be made after payment for any reason.
