◆Registration Desk

　 Open Hours：November 15(Tue) 9:00〜17:00 / 16(Wed)〜18(Fri) 9:00〜16:00

Pre-registered participants from Japan
Pre-registered participants from Japan do not need to stop by at the Registration Desk. Please make sure to
wear your name badge sent in late October, for those who have completed early registration and payment by
October 6(Thu). Early registration was canceled automatically if you did not pay by the due date. Those who
have not completed the early registration and payment can register at the on-site registration desk.

Pre-registered participants from Overseas
Please visit the Registration Desk on the first day of your attendance in order to receive your meeting
materials.

◆On-site Registration Fees

　　※Only payment by cash in Japanese Yen is acceptable.

◆Name Badges
Please write your name and affiliation on your name badge and wear it all the time during the meeting for identification and security purposes. It is not allowed to enter the meeting site without name badges.

◆Abstract Booklets
Abstract booklets will be sent in advance to members and non-members who have completed payment.
As long as there are extra booklets left, it is available for purchasable for JPY5,000/book.
Also, all abstracts will be released on the website of ISNMR2011 after the meeting.

◆Payment for Annual Membership Fee and Application for Membership
At the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Society of Japan Desk located next to the Registration Desk, Payment for Annual membership fee can be made and Application for membership is available.

◆Banquet
Banquet will be held as follows, you will be highly-welcomed.

２．Other facilities and services

◆Cloakroom
Cloakroom is available for your luggage. No valuables and computer can be accepted. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your items.

At the Banquet on 17(Thu), cloakroom of the hotel is available.

Wireless LAN Internet access (FREESPOT) is available throughout the hall.

The hall has a parking space, however, participants are encouraged to use public transportation because of the
limited capacity.

３．Prohibitions

◆Photos / Recording
Photos and audio/video recordings by camera, video camera, mobile phone etc. are prohibited.

Talking on mobile phones in the hall is not permitted. Please make sure to set your mobile phone to silent mode.

◆Smoking
Smoking area is allowed only at the separated smoking areas.
