1. Arrival
Chairs are requested to come to the gTime keeperfs desk h located at the right front of the hall no later than 15 minutes before the first presentation begins.

2. Process and Timing
Chairs are asked to ensure that all presentations start and finish punctually as scheduled.
Staff will assist with timing. If there is no request from chairs, remaining time will be notified with bell signal as follows;

2. Presentations
Only computer-based PowerPoint presentations will be accepted. No sound output equipment will be available. Please make sure to bring your own laptop. (Please see the following gTechnical Requirements for Your Laptoph

3. Preview
Please bring your laptop to the gPreview Deskh in the hall at least 20 minutes before your presentation.

yTechnical Requirements for Your Laptopz

E Ensure that your computer is equipped with the proper monitor connector (D-sub 15 pin) as shown below. If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you.

E Be sure to bring an AC adaptor. Please note that voltage in Japan is 100V and the frequency ranges 50-60 Hz depending on the area (50Hz in Yokohama). The socket is type A, which has two flat plug holes. If your laptop is not convertible, ransformers and/or plug adaptors are necessary.

E Adjust the settings to prevent activation of the screen saver or power-saving mode.

E Advance slides using a switch on the podium. Monitor and mouse are also prepared.

1D Posters
All posters remain on the panels for 15 (Tue) - 18 (Fri) as no replacement needed during the meeting. Please post in the morning of the 15iTuej.

2D Set up, Presentation, Discussion, Removal / Language
Please stand by for presentation and discussion in front of your poster during the poster presentation. Also, please put a yellow ribbon on your chest for the sign of a presenter.

Please post your poster on the panel with your poster number at the upper left. Push pins for posting will be prepared for each panel. Please see the location at the Poster session layout.

ySizez
The panel is W90cm~H180cm. Please write the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) at the top of poster as large as participants can read from at least 5m away.

yIndication of Presenterz
Please put small circle(›) at the upper left of the presenter.

yCharactersz
Please write in a large hand so that participants can read from 2m away. Figures or charts
should be as large as possible.

yRemovalz
Please remove your poster at the removal time by yourself. The secretariat does not store or return.
