Long abstract, printed in the Abstract Book, should be prepared as following instruction. The abstract (PDF-formatted file only acceptable) with subject "NMR47 abstract" should be mailed to nmr47@chem.tsukuba.ac.jp.

Oral instructions | ||||||
The presentation time is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes discussion. Please note that session room will have a data projector and we will only accept computer-based presentations. Please bring your laptop computer. Please also bring Mini D-sub15pin converter if your PC has no Mini D-sub15pin output. Be sure to bring an AC adaptor. Please bring your computer to the PC desk in the session room at least 30 minutes before your presentation. Please review your presentation here. A keyboard and remote mouse will be provided on a podium for presenters to operate. In case of PC trouble, we ask you to bring your presentation file in USB memory or CD-R. We will prepare Windows and Mac computers that contains PowerPoint (Windows), Keynote and PowerPoint (Mac). If your presentation contains movie or sound, please notify it to the secretariat. |

Poster instructions | ||||||
Mount | Posters should be mounted between 8:45 - 11:00 on Wednesday 12 November and removed between 16:00 - 18:30 on Friday 14 November. All posters will remain hanging for the entire meeting. Poster panel measurements: height 220 cm x width 90 cm. A poster number (20 cm x 20 cm) is displayed at the top left of the board. A supply of pushpins will be provided. Posters not removed by the removing time listed above will be discarded by the conference secretariat. | |||||
Presentation | Presenters are requested to stand by their poster between 14:00 - 15:00 on Wednesday for odd-numbered (P001, P003,...) poster and Friday for even-numbered (P002, P004,...) poster. |
